This is a Princess Celestia pony doll from the Generation 4 Rainbow Shimmer series of My Little Pony toys. The series is known for its translucent bodies and when the toy is inverted, the body floods with flakes of glitter and confetti. It does not appear that her hair has been cut, but it has become damaged at the ends. She does not have her crown. She was purchased in very poor condition and has been cleaned with soap and water.
