This is a Morning Dawn Delight pony doll from the 2007 Generation 3 Easter series of My Little Pony toys. The series featured Easter-related cutie marks. It does not appear that her hair has been cut or in any other way damaged. She does not have any accessories. She was purchased in very poor condition and has been cleaned with soap and water.
