This is Eevee (11), a Black Star promotional card from the series released in Wizards of the Coast’s run of the Pokemon Trading Card Game. The card was originally a prize awarded during the first in-person Pokemon Trading Card Game League. They were shipped inappropriately in cardboard boxes, so most of these cards arrived to the hosting stores with damage to the holofoil. This particular card is from an adult’s collection, and has never been played. More of this card is available upon request.
