This is a keychain of the One Piece character Nami from the Log Memories 01 series. It is a small plastic figurine with painted details and a fabric cord. The Log Memories tag is still attached. It was originally purchased from a Japanese distributor soon after the series’ release as a gachapon collectible, also known as a capsule toy series.
