This is a set of two launcher toys from a 2014 McDonald’s Pokemon promotion around the sixth generation of the video game series. They feature pop-up images of Charizard and Venusaur, and they are able to “battle” each other via a system of ‘X’ or ‘O’ that displays as the inner portion of the toy is launched.
