This is a set of two talking Faerie Neopets released in 2004. Included is the Faerie Ixi and the Faerie Kacheek. They have a cheerful look, with soft plush bodies and shiny bendable wings. Both were tested and appeared to still be in working condition, and their light-up cheeks were photographed as evidence of this, but they are being sold as-is collectibles and not as guaranteed functioning toys.
