This is a capelet from the Japanese fashion brand Secret Honey. It is themed from Elsa of Disney’s Frozen, and is one half of a multi-piece designer coat set; the other piece was not with it when it was obtained. The embroidery pattern seems to be missing one rhinestone but is otherwise in visibly good condition, with no stains found during inspection. The item is, however, in used and as-in condition, and may have other imperfections not observed during staff investigation.
