This is Scyther (26/64) and Vaporeon (28/64), Jungle cards from the series released in Wizards of the Coast’s run of the Pokemon Trading Card Game. They are the non-holofoil variants. They was part of a collection sold to us from someone who played with their cards as a child, and are in a heavily damaged condition.
