This is Raichu (61/165), an Expedition e-reader card from the series released in Wizards of the Coast’s run of the Pokemon Trading Card Game. These cards were able to be scanned using a peripheral device for the Gameboy Advance. It was part of a collection sold to us from someone who played with their cards as a child, and is in a heavily damaged condition.
