This is Pichu (12/111), a 1st edition Neo Genesis card from the series released in Wizards of the Coast’s run of the Pokemon Trading Card Game. The card was originally a part of a booster box opening where cards were transferred directly to soft and hard sleeves straight from their pack. This particular card is from an adult’s collection, and has never been played.
