This is Eevee (55/82), a 1st edition Team Rocket card from the series released in Wizards of the Coast’s run of the Pokemon Trading Card Game. The cards were originally a part of a booster box opening where cards were transferred directly to soft and hard sleeves straight from their pack. These particular cards are from an adult’s collection, and have never been played.
