This is a 1999 Hasbro Bulbasaur plush, complete with original tag. Bulbasaur features sweet mint tones that show off its often curious nature. It was originally purchased during the first release of Pokemon toys in the United States from K-B Toys. It is a soft felt base with painted accents. Condition of the tag has been photographed.
